Trying to lose weight. She started high school with a BMI of 25 (just barely not quite normal weight) and now has a BMI of 38. She's doing Weight Watchers. Of course, any plan that controls intake can help lose weight, but I am skeptical of Weight Watchers. I would hate to live my life on a points system, and it seems like the main component is the meetings, anyhow. Well, anyhow, good luck.
